Up to 400 people
Includes up to 3 security guards during event times with west (main) entrance access only. Fee also includes lighting, heating and cooling, and custodial cleanup after event (restroom cleaning and floor care). However, renters must have their own crew to clean up during and after the event.

Set-up:      $195.00 per hour
Event:        $300.00 per hour
Clean-up:   $195.00 per hour

These times need to be listed on the back page of the application/permit upon submission to Vadis to ensure the correct rental cost is quoted.

Over 400 people
Each additional 150 people requires an additional guard during the event @ $45.00 per hour.
