Welcome to the Tacoma Union Station’s Historic Rotunda rental information site. This unique, historic setting is perfect for many occasions. Art displays by Dale Chihuly, magnificent marble walls, terazzo floors, and the original glass block flooring in the east balcony area each add a beautiful backdrop to any celebration.

There are three floors included with the rental of the Rotunda, accommodating a maximum capacity of 1,200 people, reception style, and 800 people, seated.

The fee schedule for rental of the Tacoma Union Station Rotunda is $195.00 per hour for set-up and clean-up, and $300.00 per hour for the event time. There are additional security charges for events with over 400 people.

The event holder provides catering services. There is a separate room available with counters, sink, a small ice machine, coat racks, and garbage cans. Tables and chairs are not provided.

The Tacoma Union Station is available evenings, weekends and holidays. Some time restrictions apply for regular workdays. The Tacoma Union Station is open to the public Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Please come see for yourself the grand character of the Tacoma Union Station Rotunda.
